Saturday 18th April saw the club hold the first week of the annual Foursomes Championships deciding the qualifiers for the gross matchplay event as well as the winners of the best net and seniors championships. Congratulations to B Nunn and L Mitchell in shooting a net 64 to take out the David Smart Trophy for the best net score and also congratulations to G Beltchev and D Parrott who won the Senior Trophy.
Qualifiers for the gross matchplay finals are as follows:
SEMI FINAL 1: (1) N Taverna & A Keogh versus (4) R Langbein & A Amberg
SEMI FINAL 2: (2) I Bonython & P Buying versus (3) R Eibisch & R D'Alessandro
The finals will be played on Saturday 2nd May from 8:30 am in matchplay format across 18 holes. The two winners will be then play in an 18 hole matchplay final which will be scheduled to play from approximately 12:30 pm.
