Members are reminded that if they do not intend to play in the Saturday competition that their name be removed from the booking sheet as early as possible. This is just as important during the cold winter months as it allows the club to know how many players to expect and at what times on a Saturday, whilst also ensuring that anyone who has booked into a group the knowledge that players listed will be attending and playing.
The match committee will continue to watch and monitor the booking sheet and those players who continually fail to withdraw their name from the booking sheet may have their booking rights rescinded.
Members are also reminded that unless otherwise stated on the website the course and competition will ALWAYS be open. Due to reduced numbers and weather the clubhouse MAY NOT be open. In this case any players are welcome to place their cards and entry fees into the green fee box and cards for handicapping.
