Playing Tip:
Whilst only a short par 4 the 16th requires 4 good shots for players to make par. Large gum trees boarder either side of the fairway and threaten to grab even a slightly inaccurate tee shot so most people will hit a 3 wood or long iron off the tee for accuracy and to lay up short of the creek. From here players are faced with an approach shot to a small green that is an up turned saucepan, making it hard not only hard to hold the green but also difficult to get it up and down, which ever side the green is missed on. |
